Educational Use Only

CZSK Test provides study materials and practice tools for driving theory exam preparation. We do not provide legal, government, or official licensing services.

No Government Affiliation

CZSK Test is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any government agency, driving authority, testing center, or driving school.

No Pass Guarantee

We work to make study more efficient, but we cannot guarantee that you will pass an official exam. Official rules, question pools, and passing requirements may change.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for keeping your account and device secure. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with operation, reverse engineer protected parts of the app, or copy content except as allowed by law.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Paid features may be offered through in-app purchases or subscriptions. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are generally handled by the App Store, Google Play, or the payment provider you used.

Content Accuracy

We aim to keep content useful and up to date. You should always follow official laws, road rules, and instructions from qualified driving instructors or authorities.

Intellectual Property

The website, app, branding, design, text, and software are owned by CZSK Test or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CZSK Test is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
