Try restoring purchases from the app. If access still does not appear, contact support with your app store receipt or order ID.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play account that made the purchase. Open your store subscription settings to cancel or change renewal.

Can I get a refund?
